Information regarding Admission to Std. Nursery, LKG & UKG :

Please read the following before you apply for admission to Xavier School, Gamharia

1. Requirements for admission

Requirements :-Submit the following

NURSERY	LKG	UKG
Mandatory Documents :- a. Copy of the Aadhar Card (Candidate, Mother and Father) b. Attested photocopy of one of the following: i. Baptismal certificate (in case of a Catholic / Christian) ii. Birth Certificate from the • Municipality / Corporation • Notified Area Committee • Office of Births & Deaths c. ST / SC / OBC - Caste certificate issued by BDO/CO if available d. Children with special needs - Medical Proof if needed e. Medical Issue related certificates f. One Postcard size photograph of the candidate along with Father & Mother in which the child must be in center, should be attached to the application form	Mandatory Documents :- a. Permanent Education Number (PEN) from the previous school attended if applicable e. Attested photocopy of one of the following: i. Baptismal certificate (in case of a Catholic / Christian) ii. Birth Certificate from the • Municipality / Corporation • Notified Area Committee • Office of Births & Deaths f. ST / SC / OBC - Caste certificate issued by BDO/CO g. Children with special needs - Medical Proof h. Medical Issue related certificates

The application for admission must be duly filled in and must submit the same online after paying Rs. 350/- online as cost of the form.

Age Limit for Nursery: 16th September 2023 to 15th September 2024 (2^1/2 – 3^1/2 years)

Age Limit for LKG: 16th September 2022 to 15th September 2023 (3^1/2 – 4^1/2 years)

Age Limit for UKG: 16th September 2021 to 15th September 2022 (4^1/2 – 5^1/2 years)

2.Attach the supporting documents with the application form

a. 12th December, 2026 : Last date of submission of duly filled in admission form online.

b. Make sure that Submission of Filled admission form hardcopy on or before 15th December, 2025

c. Entrance Test for UKG: : Saturday, 9th January 2027
Reporting to school at 08:30 a.m. Exam Time:09:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

d.Exam Subjects:- English - 30 Marks (1 hour), Maths - 30 Marks (1 hour)

e.Your ward’s admission to Xavier School will be subject to the availability of seats and a pass in the entrance test conducted by the school in English Language and Mathematics.

f. Result for Nursery, LKG and UKG :
16th January 2027 in school website (www.xavierschool.in)
17th January 2027 on the School Notice Board at 08:00 a.m.

g. No donation / pressures
Xavier School, Gamharia does not accept any donation for admissions either directly or indirectly. Should anyone requests / demands donations from you in the name of the school or take money from you with the guarantee of your ward’s admission into any class, please report the matter to the school authorities immediately.

h. Rejection after admission
Any discrepancy discovered in the birth certificate or in the above procedure will lead to automatic cancellation of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.
