STEPS : Steps for Guardians applying for Nursery Registration

1. Go to our Website link: www.mnpsjsr.org .

2. The child to be admitted should be born between 01-04-2023 and 31-03-2024.

3. Fill the form online in Capital Letters.

4. To fill the form, you will be required to make a Payment of Rs. 400/-

5. Date for Manual Lottery by few chosen representatives will be intimated in the second week of January, 2027. Parents are not permitted in the school premises unless invited.

OTHER DETAILS

1. Total Number of Seats: 120

2. 25% seats will be reserved for BPL candidates.

CHECKLIST

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

1. Aadhar Card of Child (mandatory).

2. Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate (issue by Notified area Committee, Gram Panchayat, Municipal corporation will be accepted. Please do not attach the original birth certificate.)

3. In case of SC/ST/OBC attach attested copy of the Caste Certificate in the name of child (Issued only by the Jharkhand Government).

Incomplete form / false reporting of data will lead to the rejection of the form.

2. As this form will be using internet, in case of slow internet, the process will be slow. Don’t refresh the page or open it in new tab while filling up the form.

3. Fill basic details in Registration Form. You will receive Username and Password on registered SMS Number.

4. Log In with Username and Password (Both are case-sensitive).

5. Enter remaining details. Download the form and attach Copy Of Supporting documents. Do not attach Original. The Original Certificates must be produced at the time of Admission
